Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PA1 Innov Source, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested before service initiation.

Once the service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if the service is not initiated or if payment is deducted due to technical errors.

No refunds will be provided for completed services.

Insurance Payments

Refunds related to insurance services depend on the respective insurance provider’s refund policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
